Jay is a Member of the Florida, New York and Ohio Bars. He has served as an Executive Trustee of the Northern Palm Beach Chamber of Commerce where he also served as Co-Chair of the Chamber's Government / Legislative Affairs Committee and is a member of the Small Business Council. He previously served as the Chair of the Palm Beach County Business Incubator, Inc.
